Q. Once my order has been placed, can my delivery address be changed?
No, once an order has been placed, due to security reasons, the delivery address can’t be changed. If you wish to change the delivery address, please cancel your order and start again.
Q. My order is damaged. What do I do?
If your query is related to a product you have purchased, then please send an image of the item to (email@example.com) highlighting the query with your order number in the subject of the email.
Please be advised: Sending an image prior to calling will help our advisors to resolve your query quicker.
Q. If my items are being returned, how long will it take for my refund to be processed?
Once we have received your returned items, your refund will be processed with 3-5 working days.
Q. How do I return an item?
Returns by post
You can return products purchased online as long as they are still in their original unused condition and within 14 days of receipt. When posting your items back to us, it’s important you first authorise your return by emailing us at (firstname.lastname@example.org) and for further instructions Please make sure you clearly mark your parcel with your order number. Full name and address.
Please ensure you retain the proof of delivery as we cannot be held liable for items lost in transit if no proof of delivery is available.
Q. Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your order. If you wish to return any items on your order, please Contact Us. You are welcome to place another order in the meantime to replace the original while we are processing your return.
Q. What if my order is damaged/missing/incomplete?
We have strict quality checks to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but if your item does arrive damaged or incomplete, please contact our Glitter Pad team so that we can get it sorted out for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have become damaged after arrival due to misuse, wear and tear or accidents.
